You can download all your successful purchases from your DubaiFridays account by logging in and clicking on "download voucher".

I bought a DubaiFridays voucher how do I use it? Do I need to use my DubaiFridays voucher on the same day that I buy it?
No, each voucher will have its own expiry date. You will not necessarily have to use them on the day of purchase.

Download your vouchers from "my coupons" section, your DubaiFridays voucher will have detailed information on how to exchange the voucher for the steal. Typically it is just exchanged on arrival, just like a cheque.

Can I buy a DubaiFridays voucher as a gift for someone else?

How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work?
When you select COD as a payment method you will be required to enter and confirm your delivery address and mobile number. Without this information the courier company is unable to contact you to organize a date and time to deliver. A standard delivery charge is applied based on location.

Why is there a delivery charge for Cash on Delivery (COD)?
DubaiFridays.com try their best to minimize any additional charges and offer an extremely competitive delivery rate through an external and professional delivery company. The charge is added to the total purchase price and must be paid when the courier arrives to deliver the coupon.

Does DubaiFridays .com accept cheques?
DubaiFridays.com prides themselves on providing the most payment options within the marketplace. For banking and reconciliation reasons Cheques are strictly not accepted .

Is DubaiFridays  safe?
