-Important Information: There will be no refund for unused or partially used services. For safety reasons, children under the age of 2 are not allowed to enter Snow Abu Dhabi. Guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult aged 16+. For the utmost safety, guests under 13 years old are required to wear helmets. The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons. Guests are prohibited from bringing food and drinks into the Park.
